OEM-, ODM- en groothandelsinkoop
Centi voert zowel OEM- (Original Equipment Manufacturer) als ODM- (Original Design Manufacturer) programma's uit voor internationale distributeurs, hotelketens, geurmarketingbureaus en merkkopers. In de OEM-modus bouwt Centi een geurverspreidingsmachine volgens de specificaties van de koper — kastkleur, afwerking, verpakkingsontwerp, firmware-functieomvang. In de ODM-modus past Centi een bestaand catalogusontwerp aan — Bluetooth toevoegen, kastafwerking wijzigen, koperslogo bevestigen — zonder het kernmechanische of elektronische platform opnieuw te ontwerpen.
In beide modi behoudt Centi het engineeringplatform en de werkplaatscontrole; de koper bezit het merk en de eindklantrelatie. De MOQ wordt per afwerking en per artwork onderhandeld; de levertijd voor OEM-afwerkingen is doorgaans 30 tot 45 dagen na goedkeuring van het artwork. De verkoopafdeling van Centi levert de volledige OEM/ODM-checklist, de projecteenheidsprijs en de vrachtofferte bij het formele offertedocument.
Voor multi-site-implementaties omvat het OEM-programma de pre-configuratie van elke eenheid volgens het tijdvensterpatroon van het pand, zodat de veldtechnicus alleen hoeft aan te sluiten en bij te vullen. Centi ondersteunt klanten met ketenpanden met geplande bijvulprogramma's, onderhoudsschema's ter plaatse en merkconsistente kabinetafwerkingen in alle panden.
