OEM, ODM and wholesale procurement
Centi runs both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) programmes for international distributors, hotel chains, scent-marketing agencies and brand buyers. In OEM mode Centi builds a scent diffuser machine to the buyer's specification — casing colour, finish, packaging design, firmware feature scope. In ODM mode Centi adapts an existing catalogue design — adding Bluetooth, changing the casing finish, attaching the buyer's logo — without redesigning the core mechanical or electronic platform.
In both modes Centi retains the engineering platform and the workshop control; the buyer owns the brand and the end-customer relationship. MOQ is negotiated per finish and per artwork; lead time for OEM finishes is typically 30 to 45 days after artwork sign-off. Centi sales returns the full OEM/ODM checklist, per-project unit cost and freight quote with the formal quote document.
For multi-site deployments the OEM programme includes pre-configuration of each unit to the property's time-window pattern so the field engineer only needs to plug in and refill. Centi supports chain-property customers with scheduled refill programmes, on-site maintenance schedules and brand-consistent cabinet finishes across every property.
