Centi führt sowohl OEM- (Original Equipment Manufacturer) als auch ODM-Programme (Original Design Manufacturer) für internationale Distributoren, Hotelketten, Duftmarketing-Agenturen und Markenkäufer durch. Im OEM-Modus baut Centi eine Duftdiffusor-Maschine nach den Vorgaben des Käufers — Gehäusefarbe, Oberfläche, Verpackungsdesign, Firmware-Funktionsumfang. Im ODM-Modus passt Centi ein bestehendes Katalogdesign an — Hinzufügen von Bluetooth, Ändern der Gehäuseoberfläche, Anbringen des Käuferlogos — ohne die Kernmechanik oder Elektronik neu zu konstruieren.
In beiden Modi behält Centi die Engineering-Plattform und die Werkstattkontrolle; der Käufer besitzt die Marke und die Endkundenbeziehung. Das MOQ wird pro Finish und pro Grafik ausgehandelt; die Vorlaufzeit für OEM-Finishes beträgt typischerweise 30 bis 45 Tage nach der Grafikfreigabe. Centi Sales liefert die vollständige OEM/ODM-Checkliste, die Projektstückkosten und das Frachtangebot mit dem formalen Angebotsdokument.
Für Multi-Site-Bereitstellungen umfasst das OEM-Programm die Vorkonfiguration jeder Einheit auf das Zeitfenster-Muster der Immobilie, sodass der Außendiensttechniker nur einstecken und nachfüllen muss.
